PTAC program (Procurement Technical Assistance Center)

PTAC staff advises and assists clients in the identification of market opportunities as well as the preparation and proper submission of applications, certifications, and registrations necessary for them to do business with government entities.
The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) provides technical and marketing assistance to South Dakota businesses interested in selling their products and services to the government. Our mission is to provide the necessary tools to be competitive in the contracting arena.


Because the center is non-profit and is funded through a variety of public and private sources and operates in cooperation with the  U.S. Small Business Administration, services are confidential and provided at no charge.
